I have not received my NetSetGo pack! What do I do?

A NetSetGo pack takes 6-8 business days to arrive at your doorstep. If it has been past this 

timeframe and have yet to receive your pack, please submit a ticket with the following information:

Participants Name

Member ID

Parent Name

Confirm that you selected a Suncorp Super Team upon registration
